Premium member-ness?

Ok, this is a n00bish question that I'm quite ashamed to ask.. but-

You do become premium once you have 1000 posts right? Because I have over 1000 now, and for some reason the color of my name hasn't changed and the forums still consider me normal or something. Also, when you are premium, how do you change your title? (The text under your username in the upper left and corner of every post?)
