... 26 worlds, huh? I highly, highly doubt that the game will have that many worlds. (Unless you're gonna load up, say disc 1 to access Twilight Town and disc 2 for, say, Traverse Town.) While it's true Mr. Nomura said the game will be nearly twice as long as the original, that does not necessarily mean there will be twice as many worlds. With a general idea of what you're doing, the original game -- without doing sidequests -- could be beaten in as little as 20-25 hours on Expert Mode. If you were to do the sidequests, it would still only take 30 hours or so -- unless you had some troubles getting Synthesis items or whatnot. Hence, Kingdom Hearts II will probably have enough content to make it 50-60 hours long. Which, by today's standards, is about how long a game should last.
In addition, it is also very unlikely that series such as Toy Story and Lilo & Stitch will ever be included. The same would apply to any Final Fantasy worlds such as Midgar or Balamb Garden. Worlds that could "potentially" make it into this game, as it stands, are these:
- 100 Acre Woods
- Agrabah (Expanded/Altered)
- Ancient Greece (Expanded to included "Underworld." Formerly called Olympus Coliseum.)
- Atlantica
- Castle Oblivion
- Dark Islands (Has no official name.)
- Deep Jungle (Very unlikely.)
- Destiny Islands (Expanded to include "Residential Island.")
- Disney Castle
- End of the World
- Enigmatic Castle (Where the "Sea of Heartless" is shown. Has no official name.)
- Fabled Countryside
- Halloween Town
- Hollow Bastion
- Imperial China
- Monstro (Very unlikely.)
- Neverland
- Traverse Town
- Twilight Town
- Wonderland
------------------------
- A world based off of Snow White and the Seven Drawfs
- A world based off of Cinderella
- A world based off of Sleeping Beauty
- A world based off of The Lion King
- A world based off of Dumbo
- A world based off of The Sword in the Stone
- A world based off of Fantasia (Chernabog, I believe.)
For those too lazy to count, that's 27 worlds... You could only come up with legitimate reasons for including about half, though. "Legitimate" would be something like "Wonderland would be included because Alice is a Princess of Heart." Either that, or you seeing them in a trailer and the like. You couldn't use the excuse that you have friends there or that Keychains originated from there, because Deep Jungle -- which played home to party member Tarzan and Keychain Jungle King -- was removed from Chain of Memories, and has currently not shown up in any Kingdom Hearts II-related release or otherwise been mentioned since the original game.
That being said, I apologize for any mis-spellings or minor mistakes/over-sights. Lack of sleep typically leads to an error here or there...
