Just like Unpopular Opinions, what's your opinion on KH that mostly everyone else agrees with?

I'm sorry if there is a thread for this. The Unpopular Opinions thread had a lot of posts, so I was worried there was an existing thread for this.

Kingdom Hearts has a very complicated plot and sometimes not easy to explain.

Kingdom Hearts 1 is the best game in the series: that's a popular opinion on this site, if nowhere else in the fandom.

Also, that Sora had a really good character and arc in KH1 and CoM, but not so much in the other games (this is something I think most people agree with, as I've seen people trying to make sense of how his character ties back to his 1 and CoM one in later games, only to find that Sora's been handled pretty inconsistently since then).

Oh, and that the series' lore and ideas are good... Even if (in some people's eyes) the story itself and execution are not.

-I agree that Days isn't that great (not exactly a popular opinion, but definitely on this site)
-KH1 had bad platforming
-I did not like Larxene at all...

KH2 gameplay was a step up from KH1
Re:coded isn't bad and is worth a shot (on these forums, at least)
The KH series has one of the most beautiful video game soundtracks of all time (more or less my own opinion, but I'm sure most would agree)

-& Kairi need more screentime/development.
-Disney Characters need to be more relevant to main story.
-Flowmotion killed any notion of platforming in DDD.

Ironically, this thread so far just reminds me of how many unpopular opinions I have in this series.

1. Sora is really bland as a protagonist. Don't think I'll turn too many heads with this one.
2. Pluto is an absolute enigma. No one can explain this one.
3. The way that they got to Castle Oblivion still bugs me. How?
4. Re:Coded is completely pointless. Could've summed up the relevance in four sentences, really.
5. Days was pretty damn boring.
6. Xion was sweet, but ultimately inconsequential.
7. Nomura could do a complete rewrite on the story of Days and nothing would change. Maybe a cutscene or two in DDD and Re:Coded.
8. DDD was confusing.
9. F*CK. TIME. TRAVEL.
10. Xemnas' voice is a perpetual orgasm.

- KH2 Critical mode has the best gameplay of any KH game to date
- The story is a fustercluck (whether it's good or bad is irrelevant)
- KH2 Atlantica is unbearable
- Dual wielding Keyblades is beyond cool
- Terra is a dumbass

-Re: Coded pulled of the command deck really well (not sure if that is well accepted, but I think it's true)
-KH 2 has the best battle system, story not so much.
-Kairi needs to do SOMETHING!!!

But in all seriousness, we can pretty much say that KINGDOM HEARTS II Final Mix is the better version of KHII.

Also: more NPCs and less empty areas.

Mook pretty much summed up everything that I stand for in the community. Minus the terrifying, if not slightly endearing, affection for Aqua.
