I think the earliest would be Gastly in Sprout Tower and Oddish in Ilex Forest.

Under violet city, Mareep give 1 ev in sp. atk.

Darn I wish I'd known. I got bored of trying to find out where to get Sp. Att EVs so I just pegged a Power Lens on Typhlosion and left it like that until the Elite Four or so.

Am I the only one that got more than half of my team to level 50 before I tried the Elite Four?

Well I'm trying to get Bugsy's phone number so that I can re-match him to get Ho-Oh to level 100.

Well with the elite four they aren't that hard once you know there pokemon team.

Yup Bugsy's a dude.

Well the Elite Four Rematch was a pushover too. It took HOURS to get Mewtwo to level 100, and even tough that Mewtwo was the only pokemon I use in the whole Elite Four Rematch, it didn't even get hurt to under Half HP

W00t my squirtle got to level 37 and learned Hydro Pump so I let it evolve now.

It learns it 16 levels before normal now
