please help with RF Online

i have a problem with RF Online. This is a help not discussion thread. I downloaded the game and installed it plus I got through the movie introduction but then it has a picture of a base thing says

But it won''t get past that screen. HELP!!

i can't even see that screen or option. i'm stuck on the screen with the revolving base, there's not even a start button. I waited for two hours before exiting out the game. is there a button i press to start it

We don't need specs or anything to figure out the problem.

i don't really know how to explain it, i didn't buy it. So do you have to wait for it to load(not analyze) and see a start button to play the game?

Your computer does not have the right chips in it to allow the game to run on your computer and properly display the graphics of the game.

Whenever i click the download and play thing it takes me back to the same page i was at.

okay, another question, do the graphics(low, medium, high, very high) have anything to do with the load time?

Yes.
Lowering graphics can GREATLY improve performance.
