i dont think so because parlay was only used because it was used in the movie PoTC so it was used in the game

Yuup! in KH2 in Port Royal During ur second visit when you first meet Luxord. He says Parlay and Jack tells Sora not to attack
Parlay is in Pirate's Code.
There aren't many other pirates in KH other than in the PoTC world.

Parley is a discussion or conference, especially one between enemies over terms of truce or other matters. The root of the word parley is parlée, which is from the French verb parler, "to speak".

Parlay is a word only used in POTC and POTC only...well, i think..it might be used only in the pirate dictionary

Parley is a cool word..im going to start saying that a lot now...I dont remember it being used in kh2.
Parley is works only in POTC when wanting to have a deal with a pirate.

As others have stated, it is a term only used by pirates. I believe it means, I unno this is a guess....so I think it's a term meaning treasure or bargain, or 'don't mess and around'...i unno ^^;;
