And for the tag, way to many people use this stock but your idea is alright, I think the colors are saturated and stand out just a little too much

not much flow going on. look up some tuts on how to create flow.
stock's over-saturated.
the white dots over his face are baaaaad.
text is ok, i guess. i don't like the burnt look, though.
some of the smudging is good, actually.
just keep practicing, you'll get the hang of it.

yes you did a lot of it, but it really isn't creating a nice flowing art piece.
his face is also yellow which i don't think is how it's supposed to be. i think you should try to make your next piece with a strong focal point and better text.
