First of all, the artist needs notification if art is to be distributed out of DeviantArt. It's policy, and its decency. Second of all, the rules of this forum KHI state that your OWN fanart is only allowed to be posted by YOU. And lastly, this topic's in the wrong place. It should be in Fanart, because that's what it is.

dude, HARSH. and i may not know better about the rules of DeviantArt or about art in KH Insider, but at least SifeOner didn't claim it. and wouldn't it be different since the link, not the picture, was posted?
and i like the pic. i saved it to my computer.
o, and i don't know what xanga or deviant art would say, but i'm sure i've posted pics from that site to mine at least once, without claiming, but with giving credit or a link to the original site or owner. now, if someone else posts this pic here, or elsewhere, with no link reference or credit, etc, then i think HE/SHE HIM/HERSELF should be penalized. i say nice find and i like it.
btw, i'm not fussing, arguing, complaining, nor getting defensive, etc. again, i personally don't fully know the rules, so basically i'm just stating my opinion (in a calm tone and manner):closedeyes: :toungesmile:

@Crisis Break: It's obvious you just wanted a chance to show off how much better you are, and to put him down. I quess you didn't notice how new he is, or maybe you did and just said f*** him anyways. I'm not trying to be a jerk, I just can't stand your condescending tone.(Not that I can hear your tone, but you know what I mean.)

And I truely respect that. I agree to some extent. but perhaps you should contact the artist and tell him/her that you have that piece.

Is it obvious? Is it obvious that I wanted to show off myself, by simply informing him of the rules? Look over my posts again; there is absolutely no flaming or bashing of SifeOner. Anyway, back on track; SifeOner, you know now that your own fanart is to be posted instead of others, and you now know that fanart is to be posted in Fanart. So everything is back on track.

BTW GeneralCobb, don't assume my tone. I didn't speak. I typed. xD

@ Crisis Break: I was refering to the way you said "Okay? Okay.", as though you were talking to a child who didn't understand you. And I meant the toned implyed by your words. Sorry for lashing out, it's just that that's the second thread of his where he was treated poorly. I do realize that you were informing him of the rules.
