Old keyblades?

I read somewhere that to get Sora's old keyblades back you have to use "memory stones". Is that right, and if so, where do you get them?

I have nevr ever heard of a damn memory stone and KH2 is a day away from being released.

no need memory stones you get them automatically usually, only few are there though like kingdom key, oblivion, oathkeeper, and ultima weapon with a defferent design
