They basically show what kind of tier/amount of respect you hold here, and you are lucky enough to have 2.

That seems to be the case.
What I'm more interested in however, is the cause behind their extinction.
Of course that is assuming that they are in fact extinct.

as for being extinct we, well me, im not exactly sure what they are so im not sure if they are or arnt extinct.
So if Donald and Goofy were around during BBS, and have met TAV, we can assume whatever happened back then was so unimportant they didn't bother to tell Sora about it.
Also, now that I look at that one line where MX speaks of how his apprentice was corrupted, I'm getting an impression Terra does not only, or quite possibly doesn't even refer to Ven. It could be that DS has some sort of closer relation to Terra.

I wasn't aware they were around at the time of BbS, only King Mickey?
They seem to be confirmed to appear in BBS, and really, how can Mickey not have Donald and Goofy by his side? There are some screenshots showing Mickey with the two in question.
We must release them from their torment.
oh ive got a bbs related question terra, ven, goofy all have armor on the same arm, so why did nomura do that was it subconchus or a ester egg or does it mean something???(i doubt the last thing thu)
