KHUX ► Now that UX has officially ended, how would you like to see the story preserved after the app shutsdown?

I mean i won't mind something like winnie the pooh KH3 style for 2D disney worlds. but i really strongly dislike the octopath art style if that's what you aiming for.

Yeah the Octopath/Chain of Memories style is what I’m wanting to see. I get it’s not for everyone, but clearly a lot of people are into with the success of that game. This was the tweet that opened me up to the idea, even though it’s based on KH3.

The Winnie the Pooh style is pretty much just the same as the other worlds with an outline around the characters, so it’s not unique enough for me to base a whole game around that.

The existing UX art style they have would be fine too if they just wanted to rework the existing assets into a more traditional turn based RPG. Which is basically what others have described in some of the recent posts here.

I get why people like it. it has some sort "charm" to it.
but it's just not for me.
Chibi zelda link's awakening style could work for a UX remake i guess? if they ever plan to make one instead of a CGI movie.
i'm only saying it because UX itself is chibi. i prefer KH3 style every day of the week.

Obviously that’s just a fan interpretation with some outdated assets from CoM. But seeing what they’re doing here with the DQIII remake makes me think it could look really good with Disney worlds and characters.
