HELP PLEASE!!! i have the files unzipped and everything on my computer, but how do i start the install of the program? i clicked unrealtournament.exe and it says "MissingIni History: AppInit"

I will move the install back one FINAL time.

IF someone deletes it this time, then tough.
I really don't like being like this, but I can't always be here to move the file back onto the server, JUST because some retarded person deleted it from the server. (I cannot fix that, either. It is the way the server is setup.)

You have to run 'setup.exe' not UnrealTournament.exe..
AFTER setup runs, you need to go to this folder:
C:\UnrealTournament\System\
And THEN run UnrealTournament.exe
That should fix your problem.

^hmmm, i burned the ISO onto a CD, that's what i should do, no? well ok, i have a blank CD-R CD with the thing on it, and i click autorun.exe or setup.exe a window pops up and says "<insert file name here> is not a valid Win32 application" T__T help Azu!! xD

Anywho.
Teh Midnighta said that an ftp link would be allowable.
(This is the ONLY way to dl the installer.. has to do with the server..)

So you need to get a good ftp client.
Something like CuteFTP or SmartFTP will do fine.
(Internet Explorer and other WebBrowsers will NOT work. o.o)

Your download speed should be pretty good, depending on what you connect with.

You will need to extract the *.rar file with an archiver.
(Such as winrare.)

You will find an *.iso image file.
You must either mount it as a cd image, or burn it to a cd.

I did that, i used ISOburn and burned the Visual Basic ISO to the CD =)

First off, that's not the game 'UT'.

That's Visual Basic 2005 (programming).

Secondly, I haven't put up the FULL install iso for that yet.. It's around 500megs for that particular *.iso.

Thirdly you need to download the 'Unreal Tournament.iso' (About 386mb.)

That's whats wrong. You got the wrong file.

Ok mine went fine until the part where you have to burn it ona cd. Ok when it says installing it stops and a window pops up that says:
The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Click OK to try again, or choose an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package "RNENU.msi" in the box below.
Then theres a box under it which says:
Use source:
c:\hp\tmp\src\
And thats the only option I can pick.
ALSO if you click OK it says:
The path 'c:\hp\tmp\src\RNENU.msi' cannot be found. Verify that you have access to this location and try again, or try to find the installation package 'RNENU.msi' in a folder from which you can install the product Sonic RecordNow!
Sonic recordnow is the program that came with my comp that burns cds/dvds
