Not able to upload any pics?

This is just something that I've noticed since a while ago, but whenever I go into my album to upload any pictures, the button to upload pictures is gone, even when I use the other skins.

I'm just curious about what's going on and if there's a solution to this.

how many pictures you have?
the max limit for the album is 50. try making another one

I only have 26 pictures. :/

I did make a new album. It does the exact same thing.

did the pictures have anything that broke the rules?

maybe they took away that the option for you if you did

I don't think any of my pictures broke the rules. :/ For the most part, they're smilies. Like:
