I completely forgot that Smallville and Supernatural were new episodes, and missed both. Does anyone know if they will be aired again or on any other channel.

Sometimes they show old episodes, but have you tried youtube?
Face it, you're screwed. YouTube would be terrible quality, but you could try that. I doubt you'd find it. Plus you'd have to find all the parts to it, since YouTube doesn't really host anything over like 10 minutes.
