Its not like its bad or anything rihgt? However, in Japanese culture its school girls have to wear that kind of uniform with exceptions to Elementary, International, and Universities.

i totally disagree aswell, i mean Nomura is great, whatever he does, he does it with in-depth thinking! so whatever he chooses means that they have to symbolises them!
