No. He said that "due to the timeline, Heartless could not be the main enemy" or something like that. It meant that Heartless were rare back then because the only Heartless back then were Pureblood Heartless and they only resided in the Dark Realm until Xehanort screwed up everything. Naturally, Heartless weren't common enough to be a main enemy in that timeline. So no, he didn't lie.
So there could have also been Nobodies back then as well? Just more rare than heartless?

Yeah he says they "didn't appear", people right away just started spouting "they didn't exist!" then everyone sees them in BBS and goes "WTF TESTUYA NAMORA PLOT HOLEZ"
It's a possibility, and likely IS true. However, with all the scrubs running around, everyone will say that they didn't exist.
So could MF be like the first Nobody or something?

That could be explained by "mis-translation" though. After all KH2 experienced a few mis-translations such as "Keyblade MASTER" "Why did HE pick you" "Bleig" and so on.

Well, iirc, Japanese have gender neutral pronouns, so it was a mistranslation.
I would have thought that the translators would look ask if if it was His Majesty or Her Majesty before translating.
Plus, in any case: what's the likelihood they were actually talking about Minnie? Did anybody even care about Minnie at that point? Would anybody - assuming the Nomura cares about new fans - know who 'Her Majesty' was? She hadn't been introduced at that point, so it was most definitely a reference to His Majesty considering he'd already popped up a few times.

I could ask my Japanese friend about it, I can find the scene in Japanese, and see if it was supposed to mean her majesty.
What do you mean "she wasn't introduced?" We see her in KH1 o_0
Besides, why do you think translaters made the error of "Bleig" or "Why did HE pick you." You don't question it, the answer is just that mistakes happen.
