Looks really plain, and boring. The wireframes kind of destroy the background, and it just does not fit in with the rest of the tag. I'm not really liking the green on the left side of it either. To sum it up, the tag is just messy, and boring.

I would remove the wireframe completely, maybe giving it some smudge-flow around the stock. I strongly suggest looking up some tutorials to help you improve.
