We're left with the other six members real name and maybe they will reveal in the KH2 Ultimania Guide Book. Also, we may get to see Zexion's weapon, perhaps?

The main problem is that some of the Organization members are never seen using nobodies. Axel and all the members from COM (aside from Marluxia) never use a Nobody. Axel uses a Dusk but it seems like all of them can, so we still don't know his "personal" Nobody.
Chances are Saix's name is Sai but you never know. They could make it Isa. While Sai is the most possible (given it's the only one that sounds good) you never know.

They once split up in the heart and the soul, the latter becoming the nobodies they are, but what became of their hearts / heartless? Sora might've already destroyed them for all I know.

I have a feeling Xehanort killed them. If they were around they would have looked like their Organization Forms a bit, but that said that might be a way to introduce the Organization again. Imagine running into a Heartless monster that looked like Axel? I smell a US extra. XD
