Seeing as Luxord was featured in Port Royal, I wouldn't be surprised if he accompanies Roxad to Neverland because of their Pirate theme.
I know, it's a stupid and lame connection, but those are usually the ones that appear.

Well, we already know Luxord goes with Roxas to Wonderland...
Really, when you think about it, it could be any member with him, since many members (such as Axel, Xigbar, and Xion) have appeared with Roxas in more worlds than one. I suppose the same could be said about the other members.
