They probably did...considering they have had so much time with the game...I think they probably changed and remade all the flat-faced characters.

But, unfortunately there still are flat faces in it for the other characters. And i guess they didnt change all the flat faced only characters, cuz The Queen still has one. W/e i wouldnt really mind, i just really want Sora and Riku's faces to be animated.

I would think Sora and Riku wouldn't have flat faces anymore...but we'll have too see.

Yeah, seeing as how Kairi was redone, I think it's safe to say that Sora and Riku were as well, especially considering that they have more screentime than she does anyway.
