Hmm...I don't think those are Creeper Plants; it's most likely some type of relative, though, perhaps similar to how the Crimson Jazzes are related to Red Nocturnes.

I believe that it is. Correct me if I'm wrong, but weren't those included in KH1 Final Mix?

No, there were Neo Shadows, correct? But those looked totally different from regular ol' shadows. I don't think we've had GIANT ones, anyway.
