How do you get it?

my sources say you don't get a NG+ per se, just that you can play any mission, any time.

After you beat the game you don't really have a New Game+ but what you do get is Hologram Mode.
This mode has two different options, the first gives you the option to just go back and play any Day you'd like while the second option gives you specific goals to complete the Days with (I.E minimal damage taken or no magic used).

Unlockable: New Game +
Complete Story Mode (any difficulty / any character) to unlock the New Game +. In the New Game +, some items and stats will carry over into your new game.

Oh it says that but it doesn't exist, although you do have to beat the game in order to unlike the Hologram missions. Then again there are always Days you missed in Hologram Mode.
-Hologram mode is the second option in the start menu screen (if you download the english pre-patched game you'll know where everything is a little better without translations), I don't know if that's exactly what you were asking from that last post but I figured I'd just clarify just in case.

Oh, no, I was talking about the New Game+

well that's all there is to it. after you beat the game, you just keep playing the hologram missions. that's all there is to it. the replay value for this game is in the multiplayer. so rather than a new game +, get some buddies to do missions together with

Well I got it towards the beginning......I remeber playing them because if I missed something on a mission I would go back with new abilities and do it later through out the game so yeah you really do......I mean unless my game is defective or something, I rememeber either Axel or Saix explaining what they are and then the option showed up......
