Need Help with the Secret Ending

I forgot how ur suppose to unlock the secret ending. I'm on Standard mode and I completed all stages except for PooH books. Can any1 help???

You have to complete ALL of the Jiminy's Journal.

In a way, getting it through proud is easier, just gotta beat all worlds for that.

In standard you're basically gonna get 100% (not exactly, but your gonna get the ultima weapon and stuff like that, so that counts too) In Proud you don't.

I just went through standard to beat the game. I'm gonna get 100% on proud. I'm just saying that you can get the secret ending easier through proud.
