well, I've been thinking;
what if Roxas IS Ven, I know Nomura said that Ven is an entirely new character; but what for some reson, Ven went into Sora's heart. that would explain why Roxas looks like Ven so much. Xion, could be a Nobody of Sora's and Kairi's (again) and Roxas= Ven

(this is pure speculation and just a random thought that has been sturing in the quiet depths of my mind...)

Roxas = Sora's Body + Soul.
