3. In one room, Xemnas had the armor of Aqua, Terra's friend in BBS. He then says "It's been a long time, old friend." So he obviously has memories. So it's not impossible that he has the body of Ven in another room.
4. I know that Xemnas has not been confirmed to be Terra, but it's plausible that he is, and that's what I'm basing the theory off of.
