My school doesn't give us an F unless we get a 64 or lower. And our A is still 90-100.

hmmmm the scale I have is very similar:

100-85 = A
84-75= B
74-65= C
64-55= D
54 and below = F

yeah school sux! but you still have it worst. Once again sorry your school is soo retarted

Woah, that's harsh! I would have got straight B+ on my report card.
My school is waay more leniant, and we have people who get tons of Ds, but I don't think they actually fail people.

Also, our school grades from 0-20, so:

17-20 = A
14-16 = B
11-13 = C

Uh I don't really know what D and F are...

You have it really tough. When you compare your grading system to some of ours, you really are getting A's and B's.

Well that sucks, my advice for you: DON'T SLACK OFF and WORK HARD!!!!!!!

Progress makes effort!!!!!

Junior year will be hard and trust me, it'll be!!!!!

You'll see, so keep trying your hardest in your Sophomore year and once your done, be prepared for the hardest school year or at least the most boring if it's not hard, or brutal as many refers to Junior year!

Here's my school's grading scale:

100-90 = A

If I had your scale, I would most definitely fail Algebra 2. I'm good, just not that good...:thumbdown:

When I was in elemantary school, we used letters, but they were different. They went: A-B-C-R-D-E, then we switched to numbers at the end of the year.1-2-3-4.

From High School to today, we deal with regular numbers, 0 to 100. I find it to be much more simple than letters.

But it sucks that the grading system at your school is so strict, do you go to private school or something?

Me? Sorry if I am but I'm pretty sure if you work well enough, you'll do fine. Slacking off is the worst thing you can do that's all, I guess I'm just saying what happens in Junior year but in a way it's true. Good luck in Algebra!

No I do not go to a private school, its public.
