Im stuck in monstro and it appears i need the high jump, What do i do to get it?

It is next to Gepetto after you beat Parasite Cage the first time. (with Riku)
How would i get to parasite cage, i think i need high jump to get to him in the first place. ty btw
no u've got to get to chamber 6(or 4 >.<) and u find riku and then u go down a hole and u fight it. and then you get the high jump ability
