Well I come here and I see people make bad ass sigs. And it really makes me wish I could make such pieces of art. And from now on I m going to follow my desire. Help me, please.

I have psCS2... is it okay or should I get the latest version.

and can you guys please link me to some n00b tuts.

CS3 and CS4 really don't add much that you'd probably be very concerned with right now. When you get better, you'll figure out a way to upgrade.

Read these tutorials and bookmark them or keep them in your memory. They may not make sense right away, but you'll thank me later when you start posting things on here for people to critique. They outline the basics of art and tag making. Here they are:

The kid above me said to download brushes. Don't overuse them though. It may be really easy, and you may think it looks cool to slap a bunch of brushes on a canvas, but no one who makes really good signatures/tags on here does that, so you might want to avoid that.

I can't think of much else, but you won't become really good in a couple days probably, but the people here should be nice enough to help you become better. Just ask around for help.

1) The flow of effects going in a specific direction, and not all over the place
2) Um, adjust the settings...?
3) Clip masking is an effect, basically. Uh, I can't really explain it :|
