Anyone here ever read it?

Book of five rings:
One of my favorite books. The best book written by a Samurai. The book teaches alot about combat, but also normal life. "Anything is Anything, and everything is everything".

Art of war:
One of my other favorite books. Helpful for the warrior spirited people in the world. Teaches alot about managing an army, decieving your ruler and other stuff.

Both good reads anyone else read them? Or do i stand alone? lol

I've read Book of Five Rings, but it only really makes sense if you practice Musashi's Hyoho Niten Ichi-Ryu school of swordsmanship. As for the Art of War, I have read excerpts.

I don't suppose you've read Hagakure?

Now, ive heard of Sun Tzu and the Art of War, but ive never heard of Musashi's Book of Five Rings. Either way, I should probably read both if I ever come across them.

Ive been looking for Art of War for quite a while. but I live in such a backwater place that I wouldnt be able to find a copy Anywhere.

Yeah, I keep meaning to read The Art of War for years now. Has anyone read Zhuge Liang's 'The Strategists Guide To War'?
