I haven't been at it for a while, but I after I decided what I wanted to major in, I immediately came back to refresh my skills. This probably isn't my best and originally my end piece was an over contrasted skid mark, but after fooling around I got it to be legible. So here it is:

It's still fairly overly contrasted. But it's somewhat tolerable; the main issue for me is probably the over-sharpened stock and effects. Leave some area's blurry so the sharp areas stay dominant in the foreground.

The very heavy use of red feels very good on this, btw. RAGE.
