Look closely at DS's keyblade. On the hilt and in the middle of the key part...it has the little eye that Riku's Soul Eater has. I can't remember if it's on Way to The Dawn, but I that immediately stood out to me. This was probly already noticed and pointed out.

The more you advance, your skills grow, [the cards/deck you have, the cards being abilities. ] It's the growth system, and it improves your abilities, gives you knew ones, plus your stats most likely go up once in a while depending on where the dice lands. To be able to roll the dice, there's a little something called "BP" which you need to roll it. You get BP by fighting unversed, probably, or by gathering BP points/probably another little ball like them HP balls.

You need certain cards to go to certain squares/slots, so it's a little like CoM where you need those cards and you have to put them in the correct order to be able to enter the next room or main area. Same thing except this is to move your piece, and dice.

I like how Vanitas (or whichever spelling) reminds me of a mix of letters of Terra, Aqua, and Ventus. Of course, it might just be because of the common use of A's, but I just thought it looked like it.Might hold some weight.

Ventus and Vanitas remind me so much of the typical and cliche rivals.

- The cool one with his head up his ass (got to admit that pose is arrogant inducing).
- And the normal one who is the underdog.

This might be more interesting than Sora and Riku in the beginning, though, since these two don't appear to be friends. They give vibes of Seifer vs. Hayner/Roxas.

[after that kanji starts and yeah i can't read that unless it has the hiragana/katakana helper thingys.] maybe he's giving advice to Terra about like, comparing how Terra is starting to become a Master, or like, how he's doing things, is similar to how Master Eraqus started off...
