Picture a suspension bridge that’s 4km long. This bridge is strong enough to hold 10 000kg, but no more. On a perfectly sunny day, a loaded truck weighing exactly 10 000kg drives onto the bridge. At the halfway point, a bird weighing 30g lands on the truck, yet the bridge doesn’t collapse. How can this be?

Can any of you figure this out? Think hard!

PS: There is only one answer to this question.

I'm gonna be mad cause this one seems like it turns out being one of those "hit you right in the face" riddles ><

but i'm beginning to think it has something to do w/ being in the middle of the bridge has something to do with it though..
and it is really hard to believe that there are no other cars traveling down a bridge that size....

There is an updraft causing the truck to be lighter than it really is?
Probably too technical...

Spork Man, nice try, but no.

Mythological Omega, you're EXTREMELY close, but just to see if you know what you're saying, how did the truck lose 40kg of weight? (Well really, it only looses weight in terms of grams)
