On his way back to Maverick HQ, Matrix took a look at the stolen data he'd taken from the Reploids. He decided to check out the personnel log. He scanned the screen, reading up on Reploids he didn't know.
"So... that Reploid that attacked me... his name is Z... interesting."
He looked up and smiled darkly.
"I salute you, Z. When I overcome the Reploids I'll give you an honorable death. You get the privilege of dying alongside X and Axl."
He looked at the screen again.
"And for the sake of entertainment, you'll go with them too, Quickman... all four of you will die very honorable deaths."
When he arrived at HQ he exited the transport, entered the base, and got to work.

"We have to go after him" said Z "we may be able to stop this before it gets bad"
