MM9 will cost 1000 Wii Points, or $10/£7.50 in real terms.

Judging by initial impressions, Capcom have really come up trumps with this marvellous little title...

XD If you want, man. Feel free.

I think I shall.

Small price to pay for something so epic.

I wonder if they'll just end it at nine or keep making more for WiiWare.

Where did you get that? It would be quite funny if Capcom really decided to use that.

Re: Official Megaman/Rockman Discussion Thread

They did. That's the actual MM9 boxart. Capcom staff were wearing it during E3.

I for one think that box art is the shit.

Re: Official Megaman/Rockman Discussion Thread

Of course it is, but I find it funny and, dare I say, moderately clever that Capcom's decided to use it. They're acknowledging that the box art of the first Megaman game (and to a certain extent, the other one) was disgustingly horrible.

Re: Official Megaman/Rockman Discussion Thread

That's actually Original X, I hear.

And honestly, I'm glad they actually *finished* MMZ. It's an amazing thing for a Megaman series to do.

Not to mention that Zero is dead, so there could not possibly be a Zero 5.

Re: Official Megaman/Rockman Discussion Thread

It's a great thing that it's finished, true. But a empty helmet hardly means death. That being said, I hope Zero rests in peace.

Which I actually seemed to see in ZX. It had all the familiar gameplay, plus some extras, the new Models. It felt like a good continuation to the Zero franchise.

It felt kind of weird to suddenly change to a buster/gun during ZXA as a primary weapon.

*Drools uncontrolloably*

One thing I like about the Zero series is the character and artowrk designs. They always manage to pose Zero in some really epic poses.

Re: Official Megaman/Rockman Discussion Thread

Pardon my double-post, but I think this update is absolutely worth it. :3

IGN has just recently put up their official Video Review for Mega Man 9, coming out September 22nd, and it looks simply incredible.

Oh shit, looks amazing =o

10 bucks seems like a rip-off... for Capcom. I'd pay 40
