Yes, he did. Sora's Dad was mentioned in BbS by Riku, and we heard Sora's Mom in KH1. We don't know anything about Riku's parents though...

Didn't Zexion in KH Re:Com mention something about Riku being from other worlds? Perhaps, Sora's parents took Riku in as their own kid, because he was orphan or something. Now, I'm starting to sound ridiculosu, if I think that Riku is actually an orphan.

Didnt riku mention leaving DI "like that kid did ages ago" or something to that effect in bbs? Meaning that around the island there is a pseudo myth about a man from a long time ago (mx derr) which probably served as their inspiration for leaving in the first place. The way riku referred to yx means he's almost certainly not related. Still an awesome thread though, by all means keep going
