I only saw the first two episodes but I would say in between. He is not relegated as a comic relief. But in ragnarok, everyone was a comic relief.Speaking of Ragnarok, does Loki have the same type/amount of comedy as it or is it more like the first two Thor movies in that regard?
As long as you aren't lost and you can follow along, you should be fine. The first two episodes were kinda more interesting than the third, but third was still a good episode. But that one reveal in the third episode .
Anyways this one might be my favorite out of the three marvel shows so far. Full disclosure tho this is coming from a non Marvel fan, I didn’t come into any of these shows with having watched all the marvel movies. Havent watched age of ultron/ragnarok, etc, and forgot about a bunch of the other movies .
I imagine they'll just stay the course or release different versions for overseas markets.Fair enough. Loki has occupied the murky grey zone between Anti-Villain and Anti-Hero for quite a while now. On top of that, we are most likely to get more representation, so one of the first being a bit more villainous/antihero isn't too bad. I just kind of wonder how Marvel and Disney will do it. Usually these things are done in a way you can cut around, will they continue to go about it that way?.
Is that rhetorical? lol????????????

the kid version of loki is a reference to the comics. Kid Loki is Loki Reborn as a child to cheat death. He's a essentially a new version of Loki who Thor tries to raise to be better than his old self. He was the focus of Kieron Gillen's run in Journey to Mystery. I'd recommend it.
The crocodile is a reference to Frog Thor. A storyline where Thor gets turned into a frog or a frog picks up Mjolnir and becomes a variant of Thor. So maybe Loki decides to live as a crocodile or is born as one etc.
Richard Grant is dressed as Loki. He is probably playing King Loki who is also from the comics. King Loki is an older version of Loki who decides to mess with his younger self's life. He popped in Agent of Asgard by Al Ewing. I'd also recommend it.
The black dude with the hammer is labeled “Boastful Loki" by the credits. He is the hardest to pin down reference wise but I have a few guesses.
A) Tom Hiddleston once tried out for Thor before getting the role of Loki. So he could be a reference to that bit of trivia.
B) loki teams up with Sigurd in Agent of Asgard. Sigurd was one of Asgard's first heroes who is a black dude.
C)Loki was once forced to be Lawful Good by a villian in the Agent of Asgard comics.
D) all of the above.
This is very accurate to my reaction as well lol.????????????

No, I’m still ????????? here.Just so everyone's aware, there's a mid-credits scene. Kind of changes your whole outlook on the ending.
Spoiler ShowThe time keepers were freaking androids what the heck, and that credits scene, wow we are going full on multiverse now I guess.
and did they really just do that with Sylvie and Loki? Why . I mean I’ve seen a show where two related people form a romantic bond before knowing they’re related in some way whatsoever. But here, they knew from the get go, from even before they met eachother, what their relationship was to eachother. It’s like arranging a meeting with your long lost twin for the first time (with both of you aware of who the other is) and then falling in love with them? Even Ravonna said NOPE not on my watch lol. Are they pranking us ?
What an episode

Spoiler ShowEven the sacred timeline was like WOAH THIS IS MASSIVE CHAOTIC ENERGY VROOM VROOM and sped up into a major nexus event because this shit was too much lololol
Even Mobius' jealous ass is like "wow you fucking narcissist" hahaha
I really hate it. It takes self love to a whole new level. I mean, it's Loki. He would totally be dtf himself if he had the opportunity since he's that type of guy in mythology lolol but yeah I'm just so confused. Why Sylvie. I would also really hate the implication that only Loki can love himself...his trust and love issues are because he feels like he can't trust anybody, and if they really go in on Loki/Sylvie, then it means that this is true. That Loki is doomed to only love himself. And that's really fucking sad.
Hopefully what he wanted to say was that he feels like Sylvie is the sibling he wished he could have had. Somebody to go on adventures with and understood him.
I would also prefer it if the moral is that Loki learns to love himself but also learns how to open up to others like Mobius or B-15 because Mobius is willing to see the good in Loki and B-15 is willing to call Loki's ass out haha
MOBIUS IS RIGHT THERE. JUST GO THAT ROUTE. ughhhhhhhh
To address your first two statements/questions, "pruning" is actually not what we thought it is. "Pruning" doesn't kill people. It just teleports them to that wasteland we see during the post-credits scene.Just got caught up with the first four episodes.
Mobius died without saying wow! Nooooo!!
Also how did Loki survive being disintegrated?
Im also confused about the time keeper. Who created the TVa if not for them.
Some of those will probably be answered, tho
So we could still see Mobius say wow?To address your first two statements/questions, "pruning" is actually not what we thought it is. "Pruning" doesn't kill people. It just teleports them to that wasteland we see during the post-credits scene.
We don't know who is behind the TVA yet. We will absolutely find out by the end of the show.
Yes, the chances are high. He's gotta drive a jet ski still. So we could still see Mobius say wow?
“Wow, this jet ski is fun”Yes, the chances are high. He's gotta drive a jet ski still.
