if this is the same add i think it is, then yes its a scam, basicly what it requires you to do is sms the answer to this number, rather than that be the end of it, you have about 10 more questions (each requiring you to sms back at your own expense), trust me its not worth it ( i tried it once, waste of money, plus you have to do like a further 5 sms's a week if you want a chance of winning it, so i just canceled then and there)
