Lightbloom or Prism Rain?

I recently got lightbloom, but it seems to be weaker than prism rain, even at max level. TO those who have gotten lightbloom, do you use that shotlock, or Prism rain?

i do not have lightbloom but i dont like it, i prefer prism rain

honestly i dont use either that much, but between the two i'd say prism rain.

Prism Rain isn't as powerful as Lightbloom, but it does last longer.
So you can either choose more damage or longer invincibility. Oh, and they both take around the same amount of targets and focus.

I personally use Lightbloom.
