yeah. I actually expected him to say something more along the lines of "Golly jee willikers, Mrs. Elf-Queen-Lady...that's a LOT of kids!"

And the gift of Shrika. I really, really, really expected Beren to go "may it shed light where none can be found" and blahdy-blah. LIGHT OF ELENDIL!!!

the rest are less............can't think of adj....

but the next Chapters get back on track!!
