Kurt zisa vs The phantom

I'm going with Kurt Zisa, though the phantom is quick and has critical attacks, Kurt has more range of ability and can attack faster. Besides, like Sence mentioned, Kurt can disable his magic with a Silence spell. I'll end this with saying that Sephiroth can destroy both of them at once with a single gesture of his blade...

I think it would be a stalemate....Kurt Zisa would silence on Phantom and Phantoms orb would be red (or blue, yellow, ect) so...stalemate yay!....and then Sephiroth flies in and goes wtf? as Kurt Zisa tries to kill Phantom with physical attacks O_O
