I finally beat Vexen! Hooray! Now I'm onto Riku Replica 4...And althouigh he's not as tough as Vexen, he is still rather hard..

Riku's heart is a battle ground since he let in the darkness, so he has to battle the darkness from the inside as well as the outside. That's why you need to beat both stories.

I doubt that's why. The reason behind it might have alot to do with the fact that the rest of the CO Org. aren't in Sora's story.

As for the KH2 members cards, they probably did it so they would be harder to acquire.

To get the other org. cards though you need to beat both stories and then you get them in a Key to Rewards Room

You need to finish the Journal as well.

I don't think you need to do both stories, nor complete the journal, unless I did that. Cause I just got the Roxas card, without beating Rikus story, and I don't think I completed Jimnys journal, I mean I may have. But I didn't check.
