I have this idea for a long time and I thought on sharing with you all
So, the beginning of kh3, after the cgi movie, takes place in Twilight Town, with Kairi stepping out of the blue train that comes from the Mysterious Tower. Then the tutorial starts with you outside the station. The basics appear, walking, jumping, examine things. On the next screen you are given an information bar that spells "find your friends", indicating Kairi should look for Haynes, Pence and Olette, since they are her only friends from Twilight Town.
After finding then, we get the tutorial on how to speak with characters (and probably some questions like in kh1 that determines how you level up). They change some information with each others and decide to go to the Old Mansion, being the most suspicious place in Town. In the Struggle area we get the first tutorial with fighting and comboing, with Setzer trying to seduce Kairi but she just doesn't want him (this was just made up xD)
After that we get to the woods before the mansion. With that, Kairi's beyblade starts to shine and the hole that leads to the woods gets blocked (leading to it being block in all the gameplay we have seen so far of that passage). In the woods we get a tutorial on opening chests and striking some trees for the munnys
Once in front of the mansion, (scene from on of the Blank Points of kh endings) we notice that the gated are closed and locked. After some thought, Kairi uses her keyblade, for the first time in that subject, remembering something that master Yen Sid taught her (the keyblade can upon any lock) and they proceed inside the mansion.
Once inside, you get the information bar "investigate anything suspicious" while in the main area of the mansion you can talk to your friends. You investigate the mansion until you get to the White Room, where Naminé talked with Roxas in kh2. Then she gets a hint from Naminé to find a secret door (that DiZ didn't know about). After some clues and exploration, you stumble with that door and we get to explore a new section of the mansion. That's when the first enemies appear, some bearings, looking like the heartless but being made of light (or regular heartless, for my idea I think this should be light though ). After exploring for a bit more you get to a place with an enemies on the door, like the heartless that were in Beast's dungeon in kh2. After the her first boss battle we get to go through the door and find ourselves in the garden, with all those unicorns statues.
After a new tutorial on some puzzle elements you get a scene of the middle statue, the one that you can clearly see in kh2 from the windows, breaks, revealing Master Unicornus Keyblade inside. Once Kairi reaches it, when she is really close, the screen fades to black and kh3 logo appears, leading to us starting our adventure with Sora.
What do you think? This with Kairi would be addressed latter on the story of course, like when Sora gets back to Yen Sid to get their new attires (being that we get to explore one world with the old costume I think that it would not be that bad)
