Why are so many sure that Daybreak town and Scala is the same?
After all, they are significantly different from each other.

So Donald and Goofy are with Sora. I was certain Sora would come here alone. There is a cutscene he skips so I'm not sure if it's post game

I gave in and saw the vid for Scala, I love how different it looks from other last stages in KH. All the other final stages have been dark and/or gloomy while this is the opposite so this is a neat change.

Also something interesting I noticed at the end were
The enemies at the end. They were called mysterious so they probably dont belong to the other four enemy groups. Didnt get a good look at them either cause the video ended then

Those "mysterious adversaries" are Xehanort's vessels in the state they were in from the final battle trailer. What I wanna know is why they're treated like a random regular enemy encounter instead of a boss encounter.

So it looks like Donald and Goofy are with you in Scala. I remember people theorizing from the final battle trailer that you would have to fight through Scala solo. Also kind of spoils Donald’s sacrifice at the Keyblade Graveyard even though it was obvious he wasn’t really dead.

You also appear to fight six of those mysterious adversaries at once. If you pause the video when they spawn in you can see six portals of darkness in a pyramid. So yeah I can see what the leaker means by getting his ass handed to him.

I don't think it was ever the intention to imply Donald sacrificed himself. It looked like a typical anime trope where the character passes out after using up all their mana (presumably took a large amount of magic to shield the blast.)

Maybe all the citizens from Scala have been turned to Xehanorts and it's not just the 13. It could explain why the city's empty, everyone's been corrupted. That's probably a huuuge stretch but that's what I thought

Is it confirmed that Norting eventually robs you of your sense of self? If so, that's actually kind of sad and I wonder who was a willing victim and who was forced into this. I hope Sora can save them somehow.

The idea of fighting them throughout an open-area city is really, really exciting -- and it does remind me of that battle between the two foretellers on the city streets.

I do hope that the game still incorporates a large-scale Final-Form-of-Xehanort battle as well. Those are always some of the most visually appealing and exciting aspects of a KH game.

Well I can think of a reason for that
the bit of gameplay we saw could happen before the cutscene were Xehanort states his intention to fuse with his vessels. From the looks of it the video started just as SDG first enter the world.

I would rather to have both Riku and Kairi as party members in Scala ad Caelum than Donald and Goofy. SRK trio for the final battle of this saga would be more interesting.

I'm fine with Donald and Goofy, but if I had to replace them I think Terra, Aqua and Ven as party members would have a bigger impact on this fight.

Anyway, I'm happy to see that things are looking better for SaC. I haven't seen any footage because I don't want to get spoiled, but the hype is real.

Just remembered that two additional party members is a possibility now.

You could have actually used Riku and Kairi in addition to Donald and Goofy.

The party could change as the battle goes on. I mean, in KH1 you fight solo against Ansem until you "rescue" Goofy and later Donald, so that might be the case in KH3 as well.

Starting with only Donald and Goofy and rescuing the others as the battle goes on

Probably won't happen, but it would be cool if you controlled different parties in the final area, FFVI-style. So part of it you're controlling SRK, in the other you're controlling TVA, and in the other you're controlling RAX.

In any case, I hope TVA and RAX show up for the final battle in some capacity.

I think that's just the person who made the "KH3IsLifePart3" account to pose as him to make fake leaks.
