That image has been circulating the internet quite a bit as of late and while it's really cool in thought, IDK if I believe it. The 2 images at different angles really aren't all that different and it could be that they are just rotating the logo if it was photoshopped.

Not to mention, why would SE potentially put all their biggest announcements on a banner before announcing them at their press conference, talk about ruining the surprise <_<

EDIT: Looked into it a bit more and apparently that logo is fandmade

Unless someone already has the logo of KH3 online lol xD
