Thanks for the positive feedback.
Remember that you can always suggest what you want to happen in the plot and I'll be sure to try to fit it in.
Just let me know how far into the story you are and I'll try to write a catch-up chapter for you.

Chapter 11: Things Just Got A Lot Worse

The three men entered a very large room with absolutely nothing in it except at the fery top of the west wall that looked into another, much smaller room. Aero decided to head up there so as not to interfere with what Zeke was planning to do.

"So you seek to block him out," stated Riku. "In order to keep him from taking your mind from correct?"
"Yes," replied Zeke. "I have had enough of him. I want my mind and for him to just be a guest every once in a while." Riku nodded and walked away leaving Zeke in the very center of the room. He leaned against the far wall as Aero took a seat in the observation deck. Whatever was about to happen, he did not want to be in there and get killed.

"The first step is to shove him," said Riku. "Create distance between the two of you. So that he leaves you alone during this. Do you have a grip on him?" Zeke nodded. "Good. Now push him away. Knock him on his ass." Suddenly Zeke shot halfway across the room but remained standing. He closed his eyes and walked back to the center. He looked at Riku again. "I can sense the open space. Now you must create an impenetrable wall. Use the light in your mind."

Zeke began to concentrate. Small sparks began to move up and down his body in waves. Then lightning bolts were shooting every which way in the room. Riku began to realize that Xehanort was stopping the wall from going up. He didn't know what to do to help.

*****

"What did you just say," asked Jake with slight annoyance.
"Ven is her father," replied Aqua. "And Anthony's father is Terra."
Anthony sat shocked in disbelief. "That's impossible," he said. "He looked so old."
"We were all wearing disguises at one point," stated Aqua. "To protect us and those we care about."

Everyone in the room was silent. Even Omega had had no idea of this information. Aqua still looked as if she wasn't done. No one knew if they could handle anymore surprises.
"There is just one more thing," said Aqua ending the silence. "The prophecy was continued recently. More was told. The numbers of heroes were revealed. The numbers would be cut to three and then they would grow again. But in the end there will only be two that will stop the war from coming. So in order to make sure it happens the way it was told, I'm going to cut your numbers myself."

"WHAT?!" yelled Anthony.
"So..." continued Aqua. "Alison will need to stop training. And the rest of you will complete full release as planned. Plus you will learn to use two elements. I have retreived a few items while you were gone."
She reached for a bag under her chair. She pulled out two things that the kids recognized. Sarah and Chris's keychains. Aqua gave Sarah's to Anthony and Chris's to Michelle.
"What about me?" asked Jake.

"Alison must give you hers," said Aqua. "He will take light and water. Anthony will have dark and fire. Michelle will train with wind and earth. This is how it has to be."

*****

Zeke's eyes were flashing on and off in that yellow-orange color continuously. Riku looked as if he had no idea what would come of this.
"Control the light inside of you!" yelled Riku. "He can't conquer your inner light if you don't want him to."
Zeke's eyes closed and his whole body went limp but he remained standing. Then a voice echoed through the room from nowhere but everywhere.
"His light is too weak for him to use," said the old voice. "He is mine."

The lightning shooting through the room was suddenly in total control of Zeke. His eyes now remained that sinister yellow-orange.
Riku began to step forward and summoned his key blade, Way to Dawn. "Zeke," he said. "Did it work? Is he blocked out."

What replied was not Zeke at all the loud resonating and echoing voice of Xehanort.
"No," he replied. "Something much better." Aero stood up violently knocking his chair to the floor.
"I have to get out of here," he said.
"Too late for both of you," said Xehanort. He raised his hand into the air and an orb of pure darkness appeared in his hand. It began to grow very fast and he placed it on the floor. Then Xehanort vanished through a corridor of darkness leaving Riku and Aero to die. Aero then took out his keyblade and slammed it into the ground directly in front of him. Metal from his blade shot up around him creating a 360 degree shield from the orb.

It expanded and overtook the entire castle taking Riku and Aero with it.

*****

One by one, Michelle, Anthony, and Jake attached their new keychains to their keyblades.

Michelle's keyblade began to glow with a mix of white and green light. When the light went out, she held a keyblade resembling a combination of the Circle of Life and Follow the Wind.

Jake's keyblade began to glow as well but with a gold and blue light to reveal a simply modified blue and gold Oathkeeper.

Anthony's keyblade seemed to glow black and red. It eventually became a modified black and red Oblivion.

Aqua smiled at how well this had taken place. "Now kids I have a little bad news." They all looked up surprised at how she could just kill the joy in a moment.

"You have to reach full release," she said. "...in only 8 days."

Sorry for the delay.
Here is the next chapter.

Kingdom Hearts: Fragments
Main Story: Lost Journey
Chapter 12: Seven Days Later...

Keychains were breaking down in the basement of Aqua's shack. Anthony had only the black and red crown of his new Oblivion left. Jake had just half of the bottom symbol of his. Michelle still had two chain links and her strange new symbol left.

They stood exhausted in the training facility. It had been made almost completey barren since the training began. Michelle simply went with the stride and made about 30 or so more boulders rise from the ground. Their second elements had been no problem for any of them to control.

"We have completed every excercise I know," said Aqua. "But there is one that I think will work perfectly for what you all need to do."

*****

Somewhere very far away, a giant metal ball appeared with an entire destroyed castle and what looked like a body. The ball began to melt away and form into the blade of a humongmous keyblade.

Aero stood up thanking his blade for the fact that he was so surprised that actually saved his life. He placed his keyblade on his back and tried to figure out where he was. He stood in a forest of bamboo trees. Aero walked until he found the way out. Upon exiting he saw a strange portal that a man was entering into off in the distance. Deciding this was his only way of getting back he ran full speed to talk to the man using the portal.

When he got close enough he saw that the man about to enter the portal was Zeke. Thinking fast he dodged behind a small fence surrounding a house so that he wouldn't be seen. Zeke's eyes were now completely yellow-orange and Aero knew that they were going to stay that way. He knew what had happened at Riku's place. He had been taken over by Xehanort and now his plan would be completed.

This was his only chance. He shot at the portal just before it closed and managed to slip in after Zeke unnoticed. Aero saw as he flew through the tunnel-like place he saw images of locations flashing by. When he saw a flash of a small one-story house off of a small town he jumped at it and exited at the one place left for him that would be safe.

*****

Anthony was standing with darkness and fire simultaneously pulsing around him. His keyblade's keychain had completely disappeared and now all he had to do was maintain control while its true form appeared.

Jake was doing the same thing but light and water were pulsing around him.

Michelle was trying to make the last of her keychain vanish to stop it from holding back her keyblade.

Anthony became encased in his own energy. Jake did as well. Michelle stood in awe and didn't notice that only half of her symbol was left.

Aqua, Omega, and Sora were standing back feeling accomplished at their training.

Anthony's energy vanished and he stood holding a keyblade he slightly recognized. Then he remembered the light-blue handle and the gigantic gold-brown blade. It was Terra's original keyblade.

Aqua was amazed and began to cry for she knew what was going to happen next. Suddenly Jake stood holding a new keyblade that was about the same length of Oathkeeper except that he was holding it backwards in his right hand.

Then energy seemed to float off of Michelle's keyblade. Then it surrounded her. When it vanished she held Aqua's old keyblade.

All at once as if they had some sort of mental connection, the kids all vanished their keyblades.

"You are ready to go," said Aqua.
"They are ready," said Omega joyfully.
"They are," said Sora. "But I have some information to share."
The kids all thought at the same time, Damn it.

I've read through the first part of the introduction. I enjoyed reading. I'll begin the review

Kingdom Hearts: Fragments
Intro: Missing Pieces
Forethought-

A long time ago, a boy discovered his true calling. He was chosen by a weapon of immense power.
The Keyblade.
This boy’s name was Sora. He and his two friends Riku and Kairi were put through trials and tests beyond imagining. Even through all the ups and downs they found their way back home to their islands.
Now the keyblade has passed it’s power on to six teens who have a long way to go if they ever want to master their keyblades. Each of these teens carries in them an element of nature represented by their keyblades. Their journey will lead them to discover the true nature of the keyblade, their true destiny, and that not all keyblades are used for good.

Intro: Missing Pieces
Part 1

"Why do we have to train like this again?"
"Because you aren't yet ready to fight with your keyblades."
"I thought being chosen was having enough strength."

On an island somewhere in another side of our dimension, six teens try to comprehend the power they hold. Their master thinks that there is no way they could finish training in time at this pace.

"You need to understand the nature of the keyblade Chris." their master stated.
Chris replies sarcastically, "like we actually need this training'.
"You do you smartass".
A petite brown haired girl sat on a log not 20 feet away.
"Oh, just can it Sarah." Chris snapped back.
"I can't take this anymore", said Sarah standing up. Flinging her right arm straight out to the side she summoned a keyblade. Black and red, it was the Bond of Flame keyblade which held the element of fire.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Let me take a little break to explain why she has this keyblade of all of them. In this story the keyblade that each kid has takes after their personalities and holds an element. Sara has fire in the form of the Bond of Flame keyblade.
Chris= Earth= Circle of Life
Sarah= Fire= Bond of Flame
Jake= Light= Oathkeeper
Allison= Water= Mysterious Abyss
Anthony= Shadow/Dark(not corrupted)= Oblivion
Michelle= Wind= a lighter version of Follow the Wind
Their elements can also give them their armor and other powers that they will discover later in the series.
Now back to the story.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Starting here, I noticed a few things. Two things you may considered working on in the future (or have already worked on) are these:
  • [*]Consistent Verb Tenses - There are frequent occurrences where you switch verb tenses. Stay consistent. Using past tense is usually safe.
[*]Narrative Writing - I notice that you are stopping and breaking your fourth wall; you are using your narrator's privileges to directly inform your readers of things. Try to find another way besides making your narrator stop to tell as about something.
    • Maybe you could do it via character; make characters say stuff that you what the audience to know about.
    • Or dedicate a section to explaining the fact that you want the readers to know about.

I was mainly referring to how you stopped to take about the Keyblades. Maybe you could have put it somewhere else, or wrote about it in another form.

I also noticed that some statements may have been repetitive. The part of the story where Chris and Sarah are about to face off, and you mention that both of them are holding their Keyblades. That's something that you've already stated. Sometimes repetitiveness can sneak up on us writers...

I liked the thought of Keybladers being trained, and I hope to continue reading this in the future.

That is the only time I have ever done that.

I am never repetitive, people just like to have certain things actually explained in the story.
Besides that break in the intro was just a quick explanation, not any part of the story itself.
I didn't want any readers to say things like 'Why do they have those keyblades?' or 'I think they should have these ones instead...'
I was just taking precautions towards certain situations.

Chapter 13: The Beginning Of The End

Jake, Michelle, Anthony, and Alison(now no longer able to go on their journey) all sat intently listening to Sora and Omega. Aqua was surprised and nervous to hear this unsettling news.

"Riku has been killed," said Sora. "And I have heard from other sources that your friend Zeke is no longer himself."

"He changed his identity again?" asked Alison.
"Not exactly," replied Sora nervous to tell them thenext part. Omega simply nodded when he looked at him. "Xehanort has completely taken him. He is now one more step closer to completeing whatever his plan is."

The kids were shocked and afraid knowing that they would soon have to face him for the last time and they still weren't ready for that.

"Unfortunately," Omega cut in. "We have done all we can do for you. You need to leave and continue your journey. I will be escorting you until your next destination is reached. Sora, do you have it?"

"Yes," replied Sora. He removed a small sheet of paper from his pocket. "This is where you have to go next. This is an old friend of mine but we're not on speaking terms anymore."

Aqua stood up and simply said, "We need to help you pack."

*****

Aero stood on what used to be a sidewalk. In front of him was his childhood home. He had not seen his mother in years except for the time she was home from work and he walked in. She hadrecognized him but he ran away out of fear of not knowing what to say. He was finally ready to tell her that he was not killed like his father.

He walked up the front steps to the door. He raised his hand to knock but hesitated. Lowering his hand again he decided that he would figure out what to say before he went inside.

Aero went to knock on the door after another five minutes or so. He raised his arm and gave three good knocks. As his arm fell so did the door. It fell inward revealing his destroyed and charred living room. Walking slowly in shock he traveled through what was left of the bottom floor of his house.

He discovered a pile of rubble in the ktchen. On one side he noticed something that didn't look like rubble. Moving the pile of woob aside he uncovered his mother dead. Crushed by the weight of the falling ceiling. Aero's expression tightened in an attempt to hold back his tears.

But now his heart and head began to fill with anger and hatred. He knew exactly who had done this. In order to stop Xehanort, he knew that there was only one thing he could do. But would it work after what he had done before?

Only one to way find out.

*****

The kids walked away waving closely followed by Omega. Aqua and Sora stood waving goodbye from the steps of Aqua's house.

They were all wearing brand new clothes. But not so new styles. Anthony stood wearing exactly what Terra was wearing when the original Chasers had started their journey. Jake was wearing what Ven had worn. And Michelle was dressed as a younger Aqua. But only Anthony looked like the one he was emulating for he was Terra's son. Jake's hair was still shorter but he had dyed it blonde. Michelle had made her hair blue like Aqua's. Aqua had figured if they looked like they did years ago when they defeated Xehanort he would ave some fear of them giving them a better chance of victory.

The prophecy was going to be filled and the children would see to it. There was still one thing bugging them. The prophecy said that only two of them would stop the war. Who would it be of the three of them?

Any way you slice it, it is the beginning of the end.

Hopefully this will excite you enough to read all of the second half once the story is almost done.
Here it is, the prologue.

Prologue

"What is it about the heart that makes it succumb to darkness so easily?"
"You can also ask yourself why the heart fights the darkness as well. Some just choose a different side."
"But we all have choices right? I don't want to use the light. This darkness is comfortable. And powerful."
"Then use it. You can command them. It is the gift you were born with."

*****

A figure walked slowly but purposely through the halls and corridors of what looked to be an abandoned castle. Just barely teetering on the edge of nothingness, this castle had seen many battles and much destruction.

The figure wore a black cloak with its hood up to conceal its face. This figure simply walked the castle up and down looking for something. Then it entered a small room that seemed to not fit with the large sloping rooftops and tall rooms that seemed to go on for miles. Looking around the room, the figure knew it had found what it had been looking for all along.

The figure removed the hood of the cloak fom its head. It revealed a woman with long flowing black hair with red streaks in it. She a short but pointy nose and a thin face. Her bright green eyes seemed to not fit her appearance at all. Walking around the small room she noticed that the strange red squares on the floor marked the old owners of the castle. But they ony stated their code names and not their real names.

What I heard was that the prophecy was coming true, the woman thought. If so, then my side will begin its fight in the war right now. The woman raised one of her hands up next to her head. With a snap, which seemed to resoante and echo throughout the entire castle, thousands of nobodies began to appear inside the csatle. Then she opened a portal.

"Come my minions," she called to the nobodies. "We begin our ascent."

*****

"Then how come I couldn't use it until now?"
"Because your prophecy is coming true. And now you must change it for you to win."
The strange apparition of the man disappeared. It was in the boy's head all along. He stood up and walked out of the small shack. The bot stood in the middle of the tiny road.

The boy had very short black hair. His left eye was blue and his right, yellow. Like that of a cats but without the vertical pupil. He wasn't very tall but he pretty muscular. His age appeared to be about 14.

Standing on that abandoned road he extended his arm in front of himself. His face clenched as if he was in pain. With a slight shock, he was sent sliding but still standing a short three feet as a portal opened. Suddenly, Heartless began to pour out of the dark portal. In his head he thought, now I will avenge everyone that ever died for me. Come my Heartless, come to me and help your master become stronger.

The Heartless began to throw themselves at him and sink into his body. Becoming one with him and corrupting his mind.

*****

He stood outside of the town and just watched. Watched for his opprotunity to wreak havoc. Xehanort was still inside of Cylan's body but he was seeking a way out. If there was person who knew how it was him. But getting him to cooperate would be hard.

Chapter 1: It Has Been Weeks

Omega started to look around nervously and realized that the power he had felt all this time was in fact a wave of Heartless converging in one spot not too far from their current position. He simply shrugged it off and he still knew the kids couldn't sense a single thing so he just remained casual.

The teens were wide awake and since it was only three now they would be much easier to keep track of during a fight. At he had almost not recognized them for they now all look exactly like Terra, Ven, and Aqua did when they were last fighting together. Omega was amazed at their progress into full release and their mastery of their elments. Maybe they would be the ones to finally end the chaos that started so long ago. Only one way to find out.

"Thats what she said," said Anthony. He and jake both giggled and Michelle just had a very annoyed look on her face.
"You guys just say that after everything I say that sounds dirty," she replied getting extremely ticked off. "It has been weeks and thats all you two do for fun. For some reason its just as funny as the first time. What is wrong with you guys?"

Omega smiled and just continued walking.
"She is right you know," said Jake suddenly very serious. "How much longer till we reach this place?"
Omega responded, "I haven't been there in a long time but it should only be two more days. I know the past three weeks haven't been too great but your traveling is about to pay off."

The three kids looked very excited and tried asking him in what way it was going to pay off and he simply smirked and continued his pace. Just ignoring their questions would eventually get them to shut up.

*****

What appeared to be one very long road lay in front of him and he really didn't want to walk tthe whole way but it was the only way to get there.

Aero reluctantly began to walk slowly down the desert path that lay before him. The Metal Chocobo keyblade, feeling suddenly heavier than usual, on his back made him suprisingly weak and slow. If any fight were to break out, he wouldn't fair too well. In his head was an image of a tree he had visited may times when he was a boy living with his mother and father. It contained an ancient and powerful magic of teleportaion which is how he escaped with his keyblade just after his father was killed.

The heat beat down on him making him sweat so heavily that you wouldve thought he had just come in from the rain.
Just one day of walking would get him there but it would be worth it to get back and follow them closely until a good opprotunity to gain their trust. If they were where he thought they were.

*****

The boy awoke from what had felt like days of sleep. In reality it had been just a few seconds. His mind was racing and thoughts were traveling at a million miles an hour.

He heard the voice of the man that had spoke to him just minutes ago as he appeared before him in the road.

"Good job," he said. "The Heartless have become one with you and now you have hidden powers in you that can help on your journey. Just call through your heart for a way to fight and they will give it to you."

The boy looked very pleased at this last statement. "Thank you master." The apparition faded away just as before. Now the boy held his arm straight out once again. Help me my Heartless. Give me a way to fight my enemies so that I will never lose.

His eyes seemed to glow brighter than before. He became surrouded by a dark pulsating energy. As it faded away, the clothes he had been wearing became a skin-tight suit [Riku: KH1 second boss fight] of black and red leather fabric that also felt as though it were part of him.

In his hand a ball of dark energy had appeared and began to shape itself into what looked like a sword but also at the same time nothing like a sword.

The mans voice rang out once again. "Go become the strongest in history, Nex."

Chapter 2: Who The Hell Is This?

Nex walked along in no general direction simply guided by the feeling inside of him that he was headed in the right direction. His new suit made him look extremely evil and he was starting to like it a lot. His blade was held in his right hand and it made him feel like an unstoppable force. The man had called it the Soul Eater. A fitting name for the weapon that will help conquer the world, he thought.

The power inside of him was still making him a little uneasy but at least it was under his control and not that weird man's. Nex stopped walking as reached the edge of a cliff. He was staring down at a beach where he watched four people walking together. There were three boys, one of which looked older than the other two, and a girl, who looked as young as the other two boys. Nex thought he would just stop in for a quick hello and get used to his new powers. Time to have a little fun, thought Nex.

*****

The strange woman walked quickly as if being followed but showed absolutely no inkling of fright or nervousness. She simply kept walking and walking in a perfectly straight line. Damn it, she thought. What if I'm too late from keeping him away from his little helper. I made the portal too far away. Suddenly her face began to show more anger as she approached the edge of a small town. Nearby she sensed the man she was looking for. He had just entered a nearby building. What if she was too late.

As the woman walked faster into the town, her green eyes were slitted with anger and her black and red-streaked hair flowed behind her like a raging fire waiting to consume its prey. Her hand began to glow with a strange green light. But even as it glowed, the light felt empty. As if it didn't really exist.

The woman stopped and stared at an old house in front of her. This was the one and she could feel it. She walked up and simply blasted in the door with the light in her hand.

*****

Aero had walked for what to him felt like days but it had only been a few hours. Metal Chocobo felt like a lead weight on his back. When he finally resolved to rest he looked up and realized that he had already reached his destination. The great oak tree stood before him as radiant and powerful as ever. Although he hadn't seen it in years, it looked exactly the same. But as he walked closer to it he began to make out an object lying beneath the tree.

When he finally reached it, Aero saw that a man was sleeping beneath his tree. Who the hell is this? he thought. He began to get angry so he kicked the ground. He hit a rock and it hit the man in the forehead and Aero saw him start to stir. Oh shit, Aero thought. This guy is gonna be pissed.

The man sat up and revealed his face as he rubbed his forehead in a tired stupor. He looked to be about 25 years old or so. He had a soft looking face but it was made rougher by his 5 o' clock shadow. It looked like he hadn't shaved in days. When the man finally began to talk his voice sounded tired and kind of confused.

"What the hell was that?" he asked to no one. Just then he opened his eyes and saw Aero but strangely took no notice of the keyblade on his back. "Who are you?"
Aero got nervous but managed to calm down. "No one," he responded suspiciously. "Who are you?"
'No one," responded the man in a funny mocking tone. "How long have I been asleep?"
"I don't know," responded Aero kind of annoyed. "I just walked up here."
"Oh, well... who are you?"
"No one," responded Aero now totally confused. "who are you?"
"No on-" the man cut himself off. He then continued in a weird "trippin' out" tone. "You know, I feel like I have had this conversation before."

Aero was now thoroughly confused by this strange man. He guessed since he was here he might as well find out as much about this guy as he could.
"What's your name?" asked Aero.
The man stared at him strangely for a second and his eyes seemed to linger on his keyblade. "The name's Kio. Kio Kokoro. And you?"
Aero was caught off guard at the man's persistence. It seemed he had already caught on to his little game. "My name is Aero Strife."

Nex watched for a few more seconds and then decided to begin his little party.

He jumped high into the air and landed directly behind the four strangers.

The woman stood in a room that seemed to appear extremely home-y. A nice fireplace and couch with a coffee table and a little lamp. She thought it looked like a nice set up. Then she noticed the two men in the room. One looked surprisingly young and the other surprisingly old. So naturally as her enemy she judged the older one to be her target. She gathered more light in her hand.

The two men looked at her and then both jumped to their feet as she gathered a strange green light. The younger man summoned a black and gold keyblade from nowhere. But it was too late. The woman had shot the old man across the room with a burst of the light. But then she noticed that the other one was the one with the keyblade.

SHIT!!!, she thought angrily. I killed the wrong guy!!

The man then spoke but it was an old man's voice that came out and frightened the woman.
"How dare you come after me at a time like this," the man said. The blade of his keyblade start to surge with electricity. "I'll teach you to mess with Master Xehanort without so much as a keyblade to protect you."
He lunged at the woman but she dodged shockingly fast.

When she had stopped moving she rose her and snapped her fingers. The sound resonated throughout the house. Suddenly, several nobodies appeared.
"I don't need a keyblade to back me up," the woman shouted.
"I see," replied Xehanort. "And what, may I ask, is your name young lady?"
"My name?" responded the woman. "The name Myxlah." [Mikes-luh]
"Interesting," replied a smirking Xehanort. "I'll be seeing you soon."

In a flash of lightning, Xehanort vanished. Myxlah appeared extremely angry. She snapped once more and the nobodies vanished. She had failed and killed an innocent man. But at least she had stopped whatever he was planning for now.

The time has almost come for me to update this story again.
I'm going to put up just one more chapter in B.B. and then I'll be updating them both at the same time every week.
I'm finally going to have a schedule to use so no more unpredictable updates.
The chapters will be going up, if all goes well, every Wednesday or Thursday.
Thanks for reading.
