Story:​

It is a few months after Sora, Riku and Kairi received the letter from the King, informing them of a new evil that has revealed itself. The three are, even now, awaiting the opening of the portal to the other worlds.
The new evil has emerged from the depths of darkness. They are known as the Souls, a fusion of Heartless and Nobodies. Their master, Jolon, leads them towards the destruction of worlds, a goal unachieved by past rulers of the shadow. But, there is something very mysterious about this new leader, perhaps a secret is hidden within the shadows...
Maleficent currently resides in the ruins of The World That Never Was, rebuilding it to its former glory, so that she may rule it, in place of the Organization.
King Mickey, Donald and Goofy are close to opening the portal to Destiny Islands.

Name: Jolon / Weiss

Age: 20

Background: Jolon was once human, living in a world with many people he knew and loved. However, one day his world was taken by darkness and his heart fell into shadow. He became a Heartless and began wandering through the worlds in search of his lost comrades. When coming upon a strange world, known as Calamity, his Heartless form collided with a Nobody, resulting in the formation of the first Pure Soul.
The Nobody he fused with, was the shell of an evil man known as Weiss. Now a part of Jolon, Weiss' mind has begun to take over his body, affecting his actions and now his appearance. It seems as though his entire self is being overcome by the darkness that once resided within Weiss.

Appearance: Jolon stands at an average height, with blue hair and blue eyes. He wears a silvery white cloak.

Weapon: Jolon uses telepathically controlled chains, possibly to symbolize the first connection of Heartless and Nobody.

Weiss uses the sword revolvers, 'Heaven' and 'Earth'. However, he has been unable to use them without full control over Jolon's body.
With a history of travelling to and destroying worlds, Weiss has discovered rumours of the Keyblade masters that venture through some of these worlds. Now, his intentions have become that of Jolon's and he is now in search of one who can control this legendary weapon. He seeks to harness the power from their heart so that he may control them himself.

Name: Hoxan

Background: Once a member of Org. 13 who left for his own personal reasons. He wandered from world to world via PoD doing pretty much whatever he wants until he heard through the grape vine that Organization XIII had been wiped out. He then went back to The World That Never Was to see if it was true. What he found was not only that the Org. was indeed gone but that Malificent had over run the world with heartless. What will he do now?

Background:
Naxen doesn't remember very much about her own past. Her original world had been destroyed, and she'd discovered Dark Corridors which allowed her to travel to other worlds.

When she became a Nobody, reborn in the Dark City, Xemnas had decided that she wasn't powerful enough to join the Organization. That wasn't the last that she'd seen of Organization XIII, however--she'd encountered other members multiple times on her continuous travels between worlds. She'd searched for somewhere to stay, but found none.

When word came to her that the Organization was eliminated, she returned to the World That Never Was, once again. Now seeing that this is true, she plans to create her own group of Nobodies, if possible.

Name: Giras Ralon’quel
Title: “The Sheil’attahn.”
Sex: Male
Age: “Where I am from, I was Eldest, living for nearly ten thousand years. Who are you to tell me I haven't seen everything, heard every conversation, before this?”
Side: Sora

Appearance: Standing at around 6’7 feet tall, his semi-muscled, thin frame is draped in robes of the softest, sin-black velvet, and supple leather boots nearly silence his footsteps. Fiery emerald-green coloured eyes peer out from beneath long, black hair that hangs to his shoulders, concealing pointed ears.

Silver runes are stitched into the black robes, with a full circle sewn at the central top of the hood, which Giras keeps pulled over his head. On his left shoulder perches a raven, his familiar, and he grips a staff in his right, silver-tinted hand. His spell books are kept in a satchel, the strap running down from his left shoulder, and various pouches are strapped to his belt.

Personality: Cold, unforgiving, brimming with wisdom and intelligence, Giras is an avid user of magic, though he takes part in the brutal melee combats of fighting. He believes in a higher truth, that everyone can make their own choices, and take control of their destiny. He seems as though he carries someone alongside him, though he is, in fact, alone. Typically of a brooding nature, Giras prefers to work alone, though he can work together if necessary; he hates large crowds.

Background: “They took everything from me! My enemies, my friends, my sanity, and the World I was meant to protect! Blood will be paid in blood, and though they shall not bleed, these Heartless and Nobodies, and all other enemies of the Light will be scoured from the Worlds, be they near or far! Karvasti un mandos!”

A magic-user from Beyond, he appeared in Twilight Town, coughing up blood, claiming he hailed from a World “near, yet far from here.” He recuperated slowly in Yen Sid’s Tower, while learning much about the Heartless, who were told by Giras to have destroyed his Home World.

Alongside his education on Heartless, he learned of the Nobodies, and of Organization XIII, as well as how Keyblades work in relation to the two types of beings. Giras desires to wield a Keyblade, but feels it to be too binding; He has not yet encountered those rumored to be “Soulless.” Giras now travels from Twilight Town to Disney Castle, to aid Sora & Co., or the King, in dealing with the threats to the Worlds.

Weapons:

Eza’tier, the Staff of Eternal Nightmares – A black wooden staff with an emerald orb clutched in the grip of a silver, rune-carved, dragon’s claw. The Orb itself often hums with light, and on Giras’ command, may light up. It has several capabilities known to Giras only, and serves as a conduit for his advanced spells, incantations, and rituals.

Name:Eza'tier, actually Vhar Xudan
Age:"I once served the Night-Lord! Ten thousand years ago I nearly covered the World in Darkness!"

Background: "Hah! I was feared by all! I, Eza'tier, nearly held the World in my palm!.."

Little is known of this enigmatic figure at the moment, other than he is from the World Giras is from, and was a prisoner inside Giras' staff, however that may seem to work. He was some sort of illusionist prior to a War between forces of evil and good.

Apparently, before any sort of animosity between Eza'tier and Giras, the Prince of Night was formerly known as Vhar Khoebhan Xudan, and served the side of Light against the Darkness. Eventually, however, he wound up serving to destroy all he had sworn to protect.

He makes the claim of being a far more powerful magic-user than Giras, and gleefully works to destroy anything and anyone in his way.

Appearance: Dressed in robes of the deepest crimson, with a black vertical stripe running down the center of the hood, gnarled, wrinkled fingers with sharp fingernails pull it back, revealing a pair of frost blue-colored eyes, and the smile of fanged white teeth. Aside from this illusion, he is a blonde-haired elven lord, wearing a purple coat which flares at the bottom, and a white tunic underneath. Vhar wears an intricately worked belt that is looped around black leggings tucked into nondescript, supple brown leather boots. Since his recent freedom, he's taken his sword back from Giras, and keeps it sheathed on his left side.

Personality:An enigma, few, even Giras, know what he will truly do next. Cunning, guileful, and mistrustful, Eza'tier, or Vhar, depending on his mood, often works to undermine others' plans, and obeying the last command of his 'Night-Lord.' He will help those in need, only to take from their wealth when the become fortunate. However, he is forced to comply to Giras' commands, and though he doesn't like it very much, he has to keep his oath. Eza'tier enjoys reading, wine, music, and war.

Side: Sora, since he is forced to obey Giras.

Weapon: Zhar’shandar, Blade of the Abyss – An intricately-worked blade, featuring a golden wire-wrapped hilt, with crimson rubies set into the crosstree hilt. The sword is a typical half-and-hander, and the word Ezechel runs vertically down the blood channel of the blade.

Name: Reia Gray

Age: 17

Background:
She travelled a lot during her childhood, and she lost her parents by a sudden attack of a swarm of heartless at a young age. Since then she hardly cared about anything. She is not very afraid of travelling anywhere, and she's travelled to many worlds before. But there was a time when she stayed in Twilight Town, living a carefree life. She became bored and missed travelling so she left Twilight Town again and travelled to different worlds. From time to time she returns to Twilight Town as she has a few friends there.

She once travelled to The World That Never Was, but left soon because it was swarming with heartless and nobodies. She then went to stay in Radiant Garden for a while, helping out with Leon and the rest for a while. She learned a bit of computer stuff from Cid during that time. She is still going around worlds, exploring them.

Appearance:
Straight, shoulder length black hair. She has black eyes that her friend once told her that it was as if it was a pool of darkness. She's 5'4", wears a black tank top and shorts. She wears long boots just below her knees. She wears holsters on her hips where her guns are placed. She also wears fingerless gloves, white in colour and her mother's pendant.

Side: Sora and if not, on her own side.

Weapon: Two guns, one which shoots magical bullets and another which shoots normal bullets.

Personality:
She hardly cares about a lot of things, but the only thing she does get bothered about is the darkness, since she lost her parents to heartless. She didn't like her friend's comment on her eyes being like pools of darkness but she had shrugged it off soon after. She didn't hate having friends, but she is so used to being alone that sometimes she feels awkward talking to people. But she does not push people away if they need any help. She is a pensive character.

Name: Yuki

Age: 16

Background: Yuki grew up in a world filled with people that possessed magical talent causing her to learn how to use magic at a young age. During the magic lessons, people in that world were also taught about all the other worlds out there. The presence of other worlds fascinated Yuki and she started to consistently nag her parents to let her go visit one though she received less then satisfying replies. Then, on Yuki's fifteenth birthday, her parents finally gave in, providing her with a gummi ship to travel to other worlds.

For the next year and a half, Yuki traveled from world to world armed with nothing but a simple staff. As she traveled, she learned about and fought the heartless as well as heard a variety of stories from the locals of each world. After some time, she began to hear about a boy about her age wielding a keyblade traveling from world to world fighting heartless. Although, she was entertained by these stories, Yuki continued to travel from world to world with no real goal until something happened.

One day when Yuki decided to return to visit her own world, she found that it was missing. After days of searching, she realized that her world had been overthrown by heartless. Overcome by anger, Yuki began to travel around worlds with the pure intention of stopping them from ending the same way hers did by defeating heartless. She soon heard about Maleficent, the leader of the heartless, and quickly searched her out hoping to get revenge. After finding Maleficent, she was swiftly defeated and was lucky to have made it out alive though she still swore to get stronger and defeat her someday.

Now 16, Yuki continues to fight heartless and the nobodies.

Appearance: Yuki has long straight black hair that goes down to her waist. Her eyes are a deep shade of blue. She has a slender body and weighs about 120 pounds. She stands at about roughly 5'2" tall. She wears a blue dress that goes down to her knees and an unbuttoned black jacket over it.

Personality:Yuki is very adventurous and kind-hearted. Though she can get very hot-headed if someone makes her angry, she's never afraid to help others. She also tends to have trouble following others directions and prefers to do things her own way.

Ah...seeing all the Nobodies opt to try and take advantage of the power vacuum. Its heartwarming. -Small little smirk- That said. Time to break from the typical character set of mine. That's right. NOt going to be a Nobody this time.....

Doctor Giles Iscariot

Background:
The "gentleman" known as the Doctor, or rather Doctor Giles Iscariot has a history enshrouded in as much secrecy as the origination of Emblem Heartless, the demise and fall of Radiant Garden, and the creation of Castle Oblivion. By way of manipulating memories as a whole, simply being very careful, or more likely a combination of the two, it is a small wonder anyone knows that the Doctor even exists. While technically no one or collective knows of his origin other than himself, for the sake of understanding the gentleman, here is his story.

(Claiming to know any of this In Character, I will consider metagaming. You've been warned.)

Doctor Iscariot comes from a world that, if open about their intentions and works, may have easily outshone Radiant Garden in terms of scientific achievement and study in matters magical and pertaining to the Heart. However, due to the nature of the studies and experiments, the world, known only as Home, hid itself from all others despite knowing full well of others and the use of Gummi to travel between them. The good Doctor was one of hundreds of researchers studying the Heart as a viable energy source, how the Heart worked as a source for magicks and the capability to combine technology with both magic and the Heart, as well as the corrupting nature of Darkness. While the entire team consisted of capable men and women, Dr. Iscariot stood above the rest.

His breakthroughs were both miraculous and nightmarish. His medicines infused with actual Cure magic: Miraculous. His weapons: nightmarish. But all was well enough. Home stayed under the radar, and silently observed and occasionally stole data from Radiant Garden, particularly during the exploits of a trio of young Keyblade Wielders. Unfortunately, in the storm of Darkness that resulted in the destruction of Radiant Garden, even Home was not truly protected.

The people were corrupt. Infected by the Darkness so to speak. Having observed the effects the experiments had on the Radiant Garden researchers, resulting in Nobodies, Dr. Iscariot made a bold decision. Using an artificially created Keyblade, he personally put down each and every member of his research team, and separated his laboratory from Home, before destroying it to prevent his team's discoveries from being used by Nobodies or outsiders.

And so, for years, while Sora grew into a powerful Keyblade Master, while Organization XIII built its strongholds, while Ansem the Wise wandered in the Darkness plotting his revenge, Dr. Iscariot continued his research. However the nature of his experiments focused more on the nature of the Heartless, he somehow remaining fully himself by way of self-experimentation while his Laboratory eventually settled somewhere in the Realm of Darkness. And during these years, he watched. He studied. He judged. He evaluated. And whether fully aware of it or not, he became strong.

Now. Fully studied in matters of Nobodies, Heartless, the Heart, and Keyblades, a new element rises, catching his interest. The Souls. And while the Good Doctor has no particular cares about the Realms one way or another, anything that jeopardizes his research must be removed. Just like his fellow researchers and his Home. Ergo, the Heartless, being rather simple to control and easy to modify, make quite perfect tools.

Appearance:
The Good Doctor stands at perhaps six feet and eight inches in height, weighing presumably between 140-195 lbs. He has a healthy build for a man of his age, rather well muscled despite never really letting any flesh other than his face be shown. He has grey hair, kept very short, and somewhat spiked although this appears to be natural. His eyes likewise are a grey color, rather piercing at that. He has a somewhat chiseled face, as if bordering handsome, although hiding it with an ever-present layer of stubble and sunken circles under his eyes.

He is dressed always in pressed black trousers, polished black shoes, a black turtleneck sweater underneath a long, open, white labcoat. To accompany this, he always wears shape-fitting white gloves, presumably cloth. He always stands tall, but never seems to show any emotion. This has lead some people he has encountered to speculate that he is a Nobody, despite assurances that if he were, he would "pretend to care about getting my heart back." He has a smoking habit, and always has a pack and a lighter on him at all times. He also wears a pair of wire-framed rectangular glasses that always seem to stay in place.

An artificially created Keyblade. Unlike so many personalized Keyblades with the varying chains, the Doctor's is quite simple. Moderately resembling the original Kingdom Key, his has the same capabilities as any of the true Keyblades. However, there is the downside that while it is more or less programmed to be identical to the true ones, it lacks a true Heart to go with it, so there is always a sense of cold, wrongness about the weapon despite its appearance. However, in terms of unnaturalness, it suits its master quite perfectly.

Personality:
To put it very simply, the Doctor is brilliant, and very aware of it. As far as he is concerned, his research and his Laboratory are the only true matters in the Universe, and all other things are to be studied, understood, and then discarded. As such, he has no care for the feelings of others, the motives or plots or intentions of other factions, or really even about the concepts of good and evil. He would land somewhere in the middle, not even Twilight because that implies a choice. The Doctor lives in a grey area. He will help others if it helps him, and he will kill others if it helps him. He never seems to display any real emotion or concern for everything, but does have a penchant for pointing out the flaws of others, openly correcting anything he sees wrong, and simply being right. Not a people person.

Name: Ramza Latro
Age: 17
Background: Remembering the past is difficult for someone who tries to keep it deep inside his heart. He always felt as being the neutral party never really taking sides. However Ramza was always a little tricky and loved to jump around like a thief. Ofcourse being a resident of TwilightTown everyone would know it was him, but nothing really bothered him much. However, it was a swarm of heartless that attacked the town that made Ramza tip over on the fence. After it being so long he can barely remember what happened, but he does remember a girl from TwilightTown who's face was never the same afterwards. Since that day Ramza has been swayying on the fence.

One day after trying to remember that day Ramza had a sudden sensation and then fell asleep. He landed on this round plain and below him was an image of him and the Station Plaza. He heard a voice that said "your choice must be made soon". Afterwards 2 "keys" appeared in front of him and the voice again called saying "choose your door." When he came to he was in from of the Station Plaza in TT. One of the "keys" appeared in his hand and in a flash of like he was traveling through some portal. He appeared in front of a huge castle surrounded by humaniods of darkness. When he jumped to the top of the castle he saw a town a few miles away. Being late he took the night to sleep and think things over. In the morning he saw a white figure vanish behind him. Now he's planning one finding the girl from TT and figure exactly what are these creatures he keeps seeing and what exactly are these keys. When he finally reached the town he spoke to someone who told him he was in a place called "Radient Garden."

Personality: He's a fun guy who just like hanging around. However he is a trickster and a very good thief, almost uncatchable. He seems to take though whichever side benefits him most. On the flip sides he'll do anything to solve a mystery at hand.

Name: Quasimodo
Age: 21
Background: The Bell Ringer of Notre Dame, Quasimodo was the servant of the evil judge Claude Frollo, who kept him locked in Notre Dame in order to hide him from the world, due to his misshapen appearance.

Quasi spent most of his time in the Bell Tower, tending the bells as well as learning the habits of everyone he could see from the great heights, longing to be apart of them. But he was forbidden to do so, until he broke the rules and went to the feast of fools anyway. There, he met the beautiful Esmeralda, and was even crowned the King of Fools, but this however did not last long...

He was tied up by the crowd, and pelted with food until Esmeralda freed him. This act of kindness, along with evading soldiers, ended up sending her inside of Notre Dame, where she met Quasimodo. He could not believe that such a beautiful woman would ever talk to him, let alone be friendly or kind. He was even more surprised when she kissed him on the cheek.

For her kindness, he helped her escape Notre Dame, via climbing down the walls. He was worried for her safety, until she returned with a wounded soldier, Phoebes, and asked if Quasi could lend aid to him as well. He reluctantly agreed, and was soon heartbroken to realize that she had fallen in love with the soldier, not him.

Narrowly avoiding Frollo finding out about Phoebes, he was shocked to hear from his master that they had found the Gypsy hiding spot, the Court of Miracles, which was where Esmeralda had been hiding. Wanting to warn her, he and Phoebes found the court, and narrowly escaped hanging as spies by the others when they were saved by Esmeralda. Unfortunately, their warning was too late, as Frollo had used Quasi to lead him to the Court and capture all the Gypsies.

Quasimodo was chained to Notre Dame, in defeat, as he watched helplessly as they nearly burned Esmeralda at the Stake. But he found courage, and broke his chains and rescued her from near death, bringing her unconscious body back to Notre Dame and proclaiming Sanctuary. But Frollo was not to be denied. He attempted to siege the cathedral, and while his men were thwarted, he got inside.

While Esmeralda was unconscious, Quasi thought she was dead, and began to weep over her. Frollo came to "Comfort" him, but Quasimodo saw that Frollo had a dagger, and disarmed him, grabbed Esmeralda and escaped to the parapets of the Cathedral. Frollo gave chase with is longsword, and attempted to slay both Quasi and Esmeralda. He, however, tempted fate, and fell to his demise.

Quasi realized that he wanted Esmeralda to be happy afterward, and if that meant that she would be with Phoebes, and not him, so be it. He became friends with Phoebes, and stayed in the Cathedral to ring the bells. However, one day he discovered a doorway like no other while he was on his way to ring the bells, a swirling black gateway. He entered the portal, and entered a new, unusual world, one like no other to him. A world that never was...

Personality: Quasimodo is a kind, shy character who fights only in self defense. He yearns for acceptance and kindness, for he has only recently been shown it. Personality: He is a cocky guy that has been able to weild and strongly manipulate his keyblade since birth. His carefree attitude and tendency to manipulate people gives off an aura of mischief. He makes friends just as easy as he makes enemies. The same way that he talks people into fighting and hating him, he sometimes clicks with others creating a bond that can't be broken by anything. His speed is matched by few, his strength is undeniable, and his cunning wit is sharper than your average genius. What he lacks is the ability to be humble.
