I just noticed: the orb in Maleficent´s staff is green like the snow globe/bubble like thing. Was that intentional? Are you hinting something?

NEW CONCEPT OF THE DAY: the world transportation minigame. In 3D Sora and Riku drop into the sleeping worlds by diving into their hearts. Namine accesses the world's hearts by"floating" into their memories in the attraction float mode. A mix of the dive mode and the attraction flow system.

Well. Just off the top of my head

Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories Volume 2D (Dream/Draw) takes place the last day of the KH2 prologue, the day before Sora awakens, and tells the story of how Naminé realized that there were many sad hearts connected to Sora.


As Roxas's story comes to a close, Naminé is escorted by Mickey to Yen Sid's tower to address a problem that only she can help solve.


"As you know, all memories are connected - like links in a chain. Every heart that exists is comprised from the sparks of these memories. It stands to reason that worlds, like people, have their own memories. As worlds fall to the darkness of sleep, they dream of their past again and again and again. Now, thanks to Sora and Mickey, the worlds have mostly been restored. But the darkness lingers ever still -


Now that Sora has released Kingdom Hearts, his heart has touched the hearts of all the worlds he's saved - and just as all worlds are connected by invisible ties, Sora's chain of memories are twice bound by those of the worlds. With his heart's memories scattered, I fear nefarious users of the darkness have taken advantage of those holes in the worlds' memories in an attempt to rewrite the history of the worlds by implanting false memories in their stead. As you saw by your own hand in Castle Oblivion, the power of false memories can be dangerous - and in some circumstances, those false memories can distort reality. I fear some foul practitioner of evil trapped in the Realm of Darkness is attempting to break through into Realm of Light using the power of memories - and all signs point to it being Maleficent.


This is a problem beyond any Keyblade weilder's ability alone. So, the task falls to you, Naminé.

You hold power over Sora's memories, and as Sora's heart is connected to so many, it falls to reason that you can float into the memories of these worlds, and help restore them to a proper state before the implanted dreams become a reality.

But...Sora still needs to be woken. If I leave now, DiZ would be furious.


I know. Therefore, I shall escort you to a special workshop - in a chamber that's more temporally flexible. There, we will address the problem and prepare you, without anyone ever having been the wiser."


Yen Sid, learning that Naminé manipulates memories through her art, gives Naminé a gallery of sorts where she can follow the ever-changing chain of memories of the worlds to find the culprit and stop them from harming the worlds. He uses his own special arsenal of art supplies to train Naminé on the rules of the memories she'll be diving into.


As they train, a new creature is born - the disinklings. The darkness must manifest in worlds, and the negative memories express themselves in art-based creatures that negatively impact their world. The Disinklings consume memories the way Dreameaters...eat dreams? The Disinklings tear holes in the fabric of the memories of the worlds, and characters and events that don't belong drift their way through. Only Naminé can seal the rifts and set things right.


Naminé is given one more gift before floating into the worlds, a stuffed cat named Chirithy. Yen Sid calls it a companion in the world that she can take with her. It's called a Lingering Sentimental, the fragments of a heart broken or stolen by darkness, and will be brought to new life in the Memory Worlds, and act as her guide. She'll be able to come across more Sentimentals who can do different things.

I use autodesk stuff, namely SketchBook Pro which is a great tool for beginners - I'm hoping to get illustrator soon though
