Only Beast Castle is not updated. Ice Crystal can only be found in the Courtyard. There are only 2 spots with Big Pearl, one below and one on the staircase in Entrance Hall. Melted Candles can be found below the candlesticks in Entrance Hall and East Wing.

What's there to know other than you'll need a huge amount of Electrum? Heck you even need 35 of them just to see the level 50 recipe. Give it a bit more time, not even the top players have level 50 Keyblades yet.

The same goes for pretty much the rest of the keyblades, I'm sure. You can check the JPN wiki, though they're missing some for the final few upgrades for some of the keyblades.
