Who knows what happens, it kinda looks like the same scene/part where Mickey and Sora are in that tornado-ish type thing so maybe that has something to do with it.

So wait, first Mickey shows up to protect an unconscious Ven, then Mickey gets knocked out and Ven wakes up again and something weird happens to him?

well....we do know that he isn't dead or something since he still is living in Kingdom Hearts 1 and on.

well you know how in the original trailer it shows mickey after ven is frozen? well maybe thats when he jumps into the battle or something idk. i think it would make some sense then mickey or someone unfreezes ven and mickey gets attacked idk i guess anything is possible till we find out more info

Yeah, I saw the part with Mickey before. Funny, how if you put together the scenes we've seen of Vanitas knocking Ven to the ground, Mickey defending Ven, Mickey on the ground behind Ven, Ven holding his head, and Ven and Mickey getting sucked into a tornado, you get a complete scene.

But it's kinda weird that Vanitas could beat Mickey...

Well, uh, let's not forget here that Mickey is apprenticed to Yen Sid during BbS. In any case, I don't think he's quite as skilled as in KH and KH2. >_>;; So I don't consider it a big deal.

I see. I didn't notice that either, but I think it has to be the aftermath of that dust devil thing that Ven AND Mickey was caught in less than a second before the scene you mentioned. I didn't notice that either, until re-watching the vid to see that scene.
