is it ntsc or pal because im in england and we have pal

It is neither NTSC or PAL it is a Japanese game you have to import it and buy swap magic or a mod chip to play it also you can find KHIIFM+ at Toys N Joys Online - Kingdom Hearts Video Games thats is where i am getting it from good luck on importing and enjoy your game! ^^

A bit of a mistake has been made in this thread. KH2FM+ IS NTSC. Japan and the United States both use NTSC format. That is well besides the point, as region codes prevent games/movies and the like from being used outside of specific regions. KH2FM+ won't work on an American PS2 without something like Swap Magic, which has been mentioned.

personally i cant either, but if you're ps2 is more that 1 year old then the warranty is dead anyways, i might be wrong but you can just ell him that. OR just get a job and buy it youself.
